Who this is for

Bodies whose members are the owners themselves: national associations of historic house owners, the federations that gather them, regional conservation bodies, and foundations whose work brings them into contact with private owners.

This is not a directory listing. A partner association becomes a tenant on the platform, with its own page, its own members, and its own view of what they are all doing.

What an association gets

• A page of its own

  Crest, description, gallery, and the houses linked to it — in the languages its members actually read.

• Its members' events in one place

  Everything the linked houses have published, gathered on the association's own page and in a single reservation list.

• Invitations that carry your name

  Invite members from inside the platform, and they arrive at a claim already associated with you rather than at a cold sign-up form.

• More than one administrator

  Boards change. Access belongs to people rather than to a shared password, and it can be handed on.

• Its own front door

  An association can be served at its own address, under its own crest and colours, over a catalogue scoped to its members.

• As open or as closed as you want

  An association can be fully public, visible only as a badge on its members' houses, or open to join on request.

What we ask, and what we do not

We ask for an introduction to your members, and for help correcting what we already hold about their houses — records drawn from public sources are often out of date, and you will know it long before we do.

We do not ask for exclusivity, for your member list, or for a fee. There is no charge for an association today. Members keep control of their own pages, and can leave with them.
